Full cases may be exchanged only. The cases must be shipped at your expense within 30 days of purchase date. You may only return a full, sealed case with a return authorization number, which you can obtain by contacting our customer service department at 1-800-288-2008.
Once inspected and counted to ensure that a full case is received, we will issue you a store credit valid for 30 days. After 30 days, we will not accept any returns or exchanges, and any credits will be null and void. No exceptions.
Restocking Fee: A $25 restocking fee per case will be charged for all returned cases.
All returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials. Items must be new and never opened. Once it is out of the packaging, it is unsellable to us and cannot be returned.
We will not accept returns on the following:
You must enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return, along with a memo explaining the reason for return. All exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.
If merchandise is received damaged, you must contact us within 7 business days from the receipt of the merchandise to arrange an exchange and receive return instructions. If damages are not reported within this timeframe, the customer accepts the merchandise, and it will not be refundable.
Any returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense.
If a package is refused, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee per case plus our actual shipping costs, which include the freight to and from the customer.
Upon approval, we will issue a 30-day store credit minus original shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees for exchanges. For your protection, please use United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured parcel post for return shipments.
